Admin Ever-after resmi di demote

Pada hari ini tanggal 10 mei 2008, gw dapat khabar dari beberapa forum dan pvt temen di mig33 bahwa admin asal maldives ever-after resmi di demote oleh mig33 Embarassed

alasan pemecatannya dikarenakan udah 3x nik ever-after di hack orang.. affraid

dan mig33 ambil keputusan bahwa nik ever-after sangat rawan di gunakan buat jadi admin

Menurut kalian apakah ini sangat bijak???dan bagaimana menurut pendapat kalian tentang admin ever-after scratch

Sekedar tambahan aja human, ever-after sebenar nya bukan di pecat tapi dia mengundurkan diri secara resmi kepada mig33team karena dia merasa ga sangup dengan ulah para kicker2,ploder dan slange yg sering momojokan dan menggangu dia

hi, guys...

today i wanna say something which might hurt some users... but those who are understandable they wont mind my words...

the thing is some users are complaining that we aadmins never come online... if we online also we shows offline mode...

DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHY WE APPEAR OFFLINE.....

ok let me asnswer???

we shows offline mode because we are unable to control users privates.... we really dont want say NO to any user...

we want chat and enjoy with users... but for that we need time.... when we comes online.. many users are eagerly to talk with us...

the same feeling with each and every user... also all are asking the same question.... and some users just say, "wc ever bro", "hi, how are you bro" blar blar...

any messages like this... in human nature tthat is a good manner to reply thos who greet us... so we must reply them... for only one relation.... human beins relations...

my point... can we reduce such kind of privates... so that will be easy for you and us... so we can attend all users...

the thing happen is when 50 privates come together... we get confuse and we lose our mind... sometimes we gets DC... because of over loadind

all of we are not using PC for chatting... some are using mobile for moderating... so the mobile will get slow and many things like that...

thats why we are force to put appear offline... to control such kinda things,....

another issue is addind...

those who want add me feel free to add me... but pls ask permission prior adding... some times users are adding us while modearting... so we miss our kicks and many times we kicks innocent chatters....

and we are speechless infront of that kicked user... because they are not ready to listen our justification... their reply comes like "you are admin... you should be careful, when you kicks offenders" like this...

but how we assure them how careful we are.....

they will understand this matters once they become admin...

hope this is some tips for my loving friends....

looking forward the good habbits and good attitudes from my friends...

please dont take this negative... just take it easy....
